It’s helpful to have specific questions or topics in mind & be next to your setup so I could help you properly.

Have your DAW open & gather any relevant files, like audio tracks and something to record notes on so you can recall whatever tips or gear I recommend you (if that is what we are discussing)

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. 

Please note that cancellations shorter than a 4 hour notice from our scheduled call time (This includes no shows)  will not be refunded.

If you arrive late to the consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect both our schedules. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to extend the session beyond the agreed-upon time. 

If you know you’ll be late, please contact me as soon as possible to see if we can adjust. 

Otherwise, we may need to cover your questions in the remaining time or schedule a follow-up session if necessary. 

Also, anything later than 10 minutes without notice will be considered as a “no show” and will be cancelled without a refund.

We’ll conduct the consultation via Zoom. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, and if possible, be near your studio setup or equipment.

Consultations are typically conducted via Zoom video chat, but we can accommodate to a phone call if that’s your preference. You’ll receive a link or contact information once your booking is confirmed.

If we need to go over time and my schedule allows, additional minutes can be charged within the call at the same rate via cashapp or zelle at ($1/Minute). Otherwise, we can schedule a follow-up session.

All consultations are confidential. I respect your privacy and will not share any details of our session without your explicit consent & expect the same.
